Inauguration of Renovated SDC Premises

The SAARC Documentation Centre in collaboration with the host institute, NISCAIR, renovated the premises of the Centre. Previously, the different units of SDC were spread across multiple rooms. Post renovation, the SDC has been brought under a single roof. The 2800 sq. ft. Centre houses the Centre’s Library, office of the Deputy Director, Reading Area, E-learning Room and the administrative wing. The contemporary looking design includes a “Knowledge Tree” that symbolises the knowledge dissemination activities that the centre is involved in. The Centre was inaugurated on 24^th  May 2013.
