Fellowship in Research and Advanced Training (FRAT) 2013

FRAT was introduced to enhance the research capacity of potential information scientists in & the

SAARC Region. The programme in aimed at particularly those embarking on their research career,

and also to encourage them to foster cross cultural linkages for collaborative work. The following

candidates from different Member States were selected for FRAT 2013 session.
