Five Days Course On Bibliometric Tools And Techniques

 Five days Course on Bibliometric Tools and Techniques was Organized in collaboration with Pondicherry University in  Puducherry, India. The importance of Bibliometric for the SAARC region was emphazied during the Course. The participants were imparted training to effectively use citation and some bibliometric software tools and techniques. Thirty Participants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives Nepal and Sri Lanka attended this Course which held from 25th to 29th August 2014.

SAARC Conference on Open Access

SDC in collaboration with CSIR and URDIP, Pune, India will be organizing two days SAARC conference on Open Access from 13th to 14th October 2014 in Pune. Therefore, interested candidates are requested to contact your National Focal Points.

Ten Days Course on Research Methodology

SDC in collaboration with East West University will be organizing ‘Ten Days Course on Research Methodology’ from 15th to 26th September 2014 at Dhaka, Bangladesh. This course is meant for researchers, Faculty members, M.Phil and PhD students. Two nominations are invited from each Member States for the course and last date to receive the nomination is 5th September 2014. Please contact your National Focal Points in your respective Member States.

10th SDC-NFP Coordinators Meeting

SDC NFP Coordinators from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka and SDC Officials attended the 10th SDC NFP Coordinators meeting from 19th to 20th June 2014 in Kathmandu Nepal.
