SAARC Conference on Open Access

SAARC Conference on Open Access was organized in collaboration with CSIR- URDIP. The conference was organized in order to create awareness about the this growing Open Access moment and to equip the information professionals from SAARC countries with tools to develop IRs. Seventy Participants from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India and Sri Lanka attended this Course which held  from 13th to 14th October 2014.

Ten days Course on Research Methodology.

Ten day Course on Research Methodology was organized in collaboration with East-West University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The purpose of Course is define research and describe the research process and research method and requirement for conduction successful research.  Twenty Six participants from Bangladesh, India, Maldives and Sri Lanka attended this Course which held from 15th to 26th September 2014.

Workshop on Essential Skills for New Age Information Professionals

SAARC Documentation Centre in collaboration with National Library of Maldives will be organizing a Workshop on Essential Skills for New Age Information Professionals from 30th November to 4th December 2014.. Two participants from each Member States are invited for the Workshop. Interested Candidate(s) are requested to contact your National Focal Point.
